During one summer, my wife and I were expecting family members to visit; so, in order to be able to accommodate them we needed to have an extra bed. But since we already have a sofa bed in the spare room and which was already taking up too much space, we were left with a narrow space to use. Even if we’ve never shopped or purchased anything at Neiman Marcus (though my wife does ‘window web shop’), we searched anyway. What we were looking for was another fold-away bed, but smaller this time.

As my wife was browsing through all the pages of products at the site, she found a chair bed called ‘Sleeper Chair’, and we decided to purchase it straight from their website. When it arrived, it was more than what we expected. It’s rather like a love seat made from leather with a brown weathered-like appearance to it. When you look it, it seems to be inviting you to sit down and relax; that’s how comfortable it looks. The design automatically made me think of FDR seated in it with a smoking pipe in hand. Don’t ask why that was the first thing that popped to my mind. The chair just looks so elegant that it probably makes me think of someone with such stature and commanding presence sitting in it.

The best part of it all, you would never suspect that it’s a chair bed. The cost was quite steep, but if you see it for yourself you would agree that it was well worth the price. I have yet to try it out completely, so my opinion on comfort, durability, and quality is still pending. Although, I’m certain that it will pass all three with flying colors; manufacturing that kind of beauty would have to exude excellence in all aspects. However, there was a downside to our purchase – a misrepresentation. The image shown on the product included a matching ottoman, so we naturally expected it. We were informed that it wasn’t part of it. If it wasn’t part of the product then it shouldn’t have been included in the photo to begin with. They should change the image, before someone complains.

Overall, it was still a really good buy. It is the right one to fit in the limited space we have, and it actually enhances the look of the room. I give the futon chair bed a stamp of approval, and recommend others to check it out. Its design gives any room a touch of class at the same time also helps you out when you need a spare bed.

The main point of keeping your water hose coiled up on a reel, I think, is to get it off the ground. A water hose left on the ground tends to end up in one big tangle, getting kinked – not to mention dirty. And as you know, it is also in danger of getting stepped on and generally abused. So get that hose up on a reel, like a wall mounted garden hose reel or a portable one, and see its life expectancy go way, way up.
