Studio apartments are a great option for many people working, studying, or just living in the city. They provide you with a close location to the centre of where you need to go, so most places you go to regularly are within walking distance. One of the great advantages of the studio apartments in the cities, however they come with a bad point, their bedroom can be limited in space and you may not be able to fit the bed your want in there.
A lot of people panic when this happens, they find out they can’t fit their bed into their new studio apartment. More than likely a single bed is going to bed too small and a double bed just isn’t going to fit in there, than you need to look for a bed that is between these sizes. 4ft beds are just that! They are beds that take up about the same amount of space as between a single and double bed. They provide plenty more room than a single bed, and much more comfortable.
If the double bed fits in the bedroom than that’s fine, as long as it is not taking up too much room in the bedroom that it becomes hard to walk around the bed. This is not only annoying but dangerous, and you should consider 6ft beds as an alternative. They will provide more space around the bed so it is easier to walk around and also may provide enough room for some furniture that you want in your bedroom.
Some studio apartments however do cater for the room required to have a fully outfitted master bedroom. If this is the case than you may want to look at a bed sleigh to really bring a live your bedroom and add a bit of elegance into the room whilst complimenting the other furniture in your bedroom.
